Trueform SMS Marketing Terms of Service

These terms govern the Trueform SMS marketing program operated by TrueformPerformanceGear ("Trueform," "we," "us," or "our") at trueformgear.com. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

1. About the program

The Trueform SMS program sends recurring marketing text messages about new product drops, restocks, early access, and promotions. Messages are sent using an automated system.

2. How you joined

You are receiving messages because you provided your mobile phone number to Trueform and affirmatively opted in to receive marketing text messages, through one of the following:

  • Entering your number in a sign-up form on trueformgear.com
  • Entering your number at checkout and checking the box to receive marketing texts
  • Providing your number to us in person or in writing and agreeing to receive texts

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from Trueform.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You can expect up to 4 messages per month. We typically send messages only around new drops and restocks.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Trueform does not charge for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages depending on your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a single confirmation message, and you will not receive any further marketing messages from Trueform.

You may also opt out by using the unsubscribe link included in our messages, or by emailing us at trueformgear@gmail.com with your phone number and a request to be removed.

If you opt out and later want to rejoin, sign up again on trueformgear.com.

6. How to get help

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. The Trueform SMS program is currently available to recipients with United States mobile numbers, excluding Puerto Rico.

8. Carriers and delivery

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. We do not guarantee that every message will be delivered.

9. Changes to your number

If you change or deactivate your mobile phone number, you agree to notify us at trueformgear@gmail.com so we do not send messages to a number that is no longer yours.

10. Privacy

Your phone number and the information we collect through this program are handled according to our Privacy Policy, available at https://trueformgear.com/policies/privacy-policy. We do not sell your phone number. We share it only with the service providers who help us deliver these messages.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the revision. Your continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
